Sample Reports

See exactly what you'll get.

Buying or selling a home comes down to a few big calls. The price. Your net. Each offer. Every deadline. When you work with me, each one comes with a written report.

You see the same numbers I see, and you can check every one. Below is a sample of each, in the order you'd get them. Open any of them in full.

The samples use a fictional home and made-up numbers. Yours use your home and real local sales.

Selling

From pricing your home to the offer you accept.

  1. Step 1: Price

Before you list: a price that recent sales support, and a clear look at the competition.
