This site is operated by me, Axel Rivera, REALTOR®. This policy explains what information the site collects, how I use it, and the choices you have.
Information I Collect
When you submit a form on this site (for example, the contact form or a homebuyer tool), I collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message field.
The site also collects aggregate, anonymous analytics automatically: the pages you visit, the type of device and browser you use, the site that referred you, and your approximate location (country). This analytics data is not linked to your identity.
Cookies and Tracking
This site uses two third-party services for analytics and follow-up:
- Plausible Analytics measures how visitors use the site (which pages are popular, how people find the site) so I can improve it. Plausible is a privacy-focused service: it does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not track you across other websites or devices. The data it collects is aggregate and anonymous.
- Follow Up Boss is the customer relationship tool I use to manage inquiries. Its tracking pixel records page visits and may set cookies, and if you submit a form, your visits on this site may be linked to your contact record so I can follow up on your inquiry with the right context.
How I Use Your Information
I use the information collected on this site to respond to your inquiries, provide resources you request, and improve the site. I do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Services
The services above process data on my behalf under their own privacy policies: Plausible Analytics (analytics) and Follow Up Boss (CRM). If you follow a link from this site to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Your Choices
- You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The site still works with cookies disabled.
- My site analytics (Plausible) are cookieless and anonymous, so no personal profile is built about you and there is nothing to opt out of.
- You can email me to ask what information I have about you or to request that I delete it.
