This site is operated by me, Axel Rivera, REALTOR®. This policy explains what information the site collects, how I use it, and the choices you have.
Information I Collect
When you submit a form on this site (for example, the contact form or a homebuyer tool), I collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message field.
The site also collects standard analytics data automatically: the pages you visit, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location based on your IP address.
Cookies and Tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies from two services:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure how visitors use the site (which pages are popular, how people find the site) so I can improve it.
- Follow Up Boss is the customer relationship tool I use to manage inquiries. Its tracking pixel records page visits, and if you submit a form, your visits on this site may be linked to your contact record so I can follow up on your inquiry with the right context.
How I Use Your Information
I use the information collected on this site to respond to your inquiries, provide resources you request, and improve the site. I do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Services
The services above process data on my behalf under their own privacy policies: Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Follow Up Boss (CRM). If you follow a link from this site to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Your Choices
- You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The site still works with cookies disabled.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- You can email me to ask what information I have about you or to request that I delete it.
